Role: Part Time Service Administrator
Location: Portbury
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Pro Rata
Hours: Part time - Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

We're looking for a Service Administrator to join a busy and growing Engineering business in Portbury. This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a friendly, family-feel team.

Process service job cards
Support engineer scheduling
General service administration
Update records using SAP, Excel, Word and Outlook
Answer customer calls and emails
Assist with invoicing and service paperworkWhat We're Looking For:

Administration experience within Plant, Construction, Heavy Machinery, HGV, Automotive or Agricultural industries would be ideal but NOT essential. 
Experience in a busy, fast-paced office
Organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
