Part-Time Stock/Asset Management Coordinator

Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Asset Management Coordinator to join their operations team. This is a vital role responsible for the effective allocation and tracking of stock, tools, and parts to field engineers-ensuring everything is in place for smooth, efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
· Allocate stock, parts, and assets to engineers according to job schedules and requirements
· Maintain accurate records of all stock and asset movements using internal systems
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment
· Liaise with engineers and internal departments to ensure efficient asset availability
· Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in stock records or allocations
· Assist in regular stocktakes, audits, and usage reporting
· Contribute to the improvement of asset tracking and control processes
· Work closely with procurement and warehousing teams to support supply chain operations

Person Specification:
· Previous experience in asset management, stock control, or logistics
· Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
· Confident using systems and databases to manage inventory
· Effective communicator able to work with engineers and internal stakeholders
· Proactive and solution-focused with strong time management
· IT literate, ideally with knowledge of inventory or asset management software
