Description

• Manage candidate generation activities, including job postings and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process.

Profile

A successful Part Time Talent Acquisition should have:

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving recruitment challenges.
