Our client is seeking a Technical Administrator to provide essential support to a busy technical and quality team, ensuring documentation, records and compliance processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Maintaining technical documentation, records and databases

*

Managing customer, supplier and product information

*

Preparing, updating and distributing specifications, procedures and technical documents

*

Supporting internal audits and compliance activities

*

Assisting with customer questionnaires and information requests

*

Providing administrative support across the wider team

*

Supporting document control and data management processes

What the employer is looking for:

Previous administration experience (ideally 2+ years)

*

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint

*

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

*

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
