Part Time VAT Administrator

We are hiring a VAT Administrator to join our team in Farnham. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a talent for process-driven work, supporting VAT applications and client data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check client setup and VAT scheme accuracy
• Chase missing data from internal teams and clients
• Submit VAT applications via HMRC systems
• Process VAT returns and business expenses
• Set up Direct Debits and maintain digital records
• Generate reports for management

Requirements:

• Experience in a busy office environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with HMRC systems is a plus
