Part Time Veterinary Surgeon (Small Animal Vet)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Veterinary Surgeon to join our veterinary clinic. This role is perfect for a qualified veterinarian who is passionate about animal care and is looking to balance their professional work with personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of animals.
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions, perform surgeries, and provide post-operative care.
• Consult with pet owners on health care, nutrition, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Mentor and supervise veterinary nurses and support staff.
• Participate in emergency care when necessary.
• Promote a positive client experience and address any concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time hours, with flexibility regarding scheduling and shifts.
• Weekend availability may be required.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with a valid veterinary license.
• RCVS Licence required
• Experience in a clinical veterinary setting.
• Strong clinical skills in both medical and surgical cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
