You will have…

• A knowledge or interest in wine
• One year minimum of restaurant experience
• Availability on weekends and flexibility

• The ability to gauge guest's needs

About us

We are passionate about great food and wine in a relaxed atmosphere.

Brett is a relaxed, urban restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide, situated in the bustling neighbourhood of Kelvinbridge. We have a focus on cooking over fire from an open kitchen and exploring wine pairings with guests. The open countertop kitchen is the beating heart of the restaurant, where guests can take a front-row seat and watch the culinary creations come to life. Alternatively, more classical seating is available by the window or intimate mezzanine level, giving guests a variety of dining experiences. The wine list is modern and eclectic, featuring producers from across the globe, complemented by our house-bottled cocktails and artisan soft drinks.

The Cultar Restaurant Group is a collective of progressive, seasonally-focused restaurants based in Glasgow, Scotland. We pride ourselves in supporting emerging talent across both back and front-of-house teams, creating a diverse team of hospitality professionals who are eager to provide the highest quality of service throughout each of our venues. Our venues include one of Glasgow's Michelin-starred restaurant Cail Bruich, gastro pub The Clarence & our newest venue, The Caravan Shop, a bar, eatery & bottle shop
