A respected and collaborative accountancy firm is searching for an experienced professional in Tax and Accounts to move into a Partner Designate position. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio that includes small to medium enterprises with turnovers up to £5 million, alongside high-net-worth individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing year-end accounts from trial balance.
• Managing tax returns and carrying out personal tax evaluations.
• Verifying financial records to ensure precision and adherence to current standards.
• Building and nurturing client relationships while supporting the strategic growth of the firm.
• Utilising systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Digita (training available if required).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• An accomplished Accounts Manager with a strong background in individual taxation.
• Professionally certified – ACA is preferred, though ACCA will also be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in client-facing scenarios and proactive in business development.
• Experience with software like Digita or Sage is an advantage.
• A valid UK driving licence and personal transport are required due to the location of the office.
