You'll handle end-to-end payroll for a busy manufacturing business where things change all the time - overtime, bonuses, sick pay schemes, weekly and monthly cycles. It's a proper hands-on role, not just plugging numbers into a system someone else set up.

You'll work 20 hours per week, spread over 4 or 5 days - giving you the flexibility to balance life outside of work, without losing touch with the team.

Ideally, you'll already have experience in manufacturing payroll (or something similar), where hours, rates and bonuses shift constantly. If you love getting into the detail and making sure everyone's paid correctly no matter how messy it gets, you'll thrive here.

What you'll need:

• End-to-end payroll experience (weekly and monthly)
• Comfortable with variable pay structures (bonuses, overtime, sick pay)
• Ideally experience within a manufacturing environment
• Accuracy, resilience, and a sense of humour
