Payroll and Benefits Consultant - Central London - Hybrid - 6 month contract - £500 p/d

A highly successful global business based in Central London are looking for an experienced Payroll and Benefits Consultant to join them on a 6 month contract. This will be a transformation piece of work to support the HR Director to shape the Payroll, Comp and Rewards function and systems.

Working as part of the wider HR team you will come in to complete a gap analysis on payroll systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions that are fit for purpose.

The ideal candidate will be a Payroll expert with experience across international payroll and benefits. You will have experience across global payroll processing and payroll systems and will be confident reviewing and improving processes.

The day rate on this role is up to £500 p/d – depending on experience.
