Job Description - Payroll Coordinator - Part-Time

Part-Time Payroll Opportunity – Join a Leading Law Firm (3 Days Per Week)

  • Schedule: 3 days per week
  • Office presence: Tuesday to Thursday (in-office)
  • Hours: 9:30am to 5:30pm
  • Team: Professional, supportive, and friendly
  • Location: City of London – just a short walk from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street, and Moorgate stations
In this role, you’ll manage payroll for nearly 400 employees across six EMEA offices, gaining hands-on international payroll experience while being supported by a knowledgeable team that values openness and continuous learning.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who can bring a thoughtful, proactive approach to payroll. You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally, you’ll have:
  • Experience in a payroll position, ideally within a professional services environment
  • A good working knowledge of ADP iHCM or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team
