Job Description - People Advisor - Part time

We are recruiting for a part time People Advisor on a permanent basis for our client in the cultural sector, based in central London. In this role you will be a crucial member of the People team, helping to deliver a top quality service to our internal customers across the business.

You will :

Act as first point of contact for HR advice for line managers and staff
Support the management of Employee Relations cases including, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
Support change management initiatives including restructures and contract changes.
Work closely with People Partners on directorate specific plans including workforce planning
