My fabulous client is looking for a People & Culture Partner to join them within their HR Consultancy.

This isn't your average HR role...

So, what are they looking for?

• Someone strategic who loves partnering with multiple stakeholders
• A culture enthusiast who thinks traditional HR is a bit... well... boring!
• Someone super resilient who thrives in a fast-paced (and I mean FAST-PACED) environment
• A person who's comfortable with change, ambiguity and varying demands
• Someone who genuinely wants to drive initiatives, not just support them
• Ideally based in the ~Warrington area
