People Data Analyst

We’re looking for a People Data/HR Analyst with a strong grasp of HR data, cost breakdowns, and salary insights. Ideal for someone detail-focused and Excel-savvy.

• HR data experience (salaries, cost by role, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills – data manipulation, anomaly detection
• Financial acumen & understanding of data controls
• Familiar with Workday reporting (training provided if needed)
• Confident with data tools and general IT systems

This role is a Hybrid position that is based in Huntingdon and you would be needed to attend the office twice per week (days of your choice).

This position will initially be a 6 month temporary role that will involve 37 hours per week Monday - Friday
