We are building a team to support a client who lives independently in their own home and requires support with personal care, moving & assisting and social support. The team will provide consistency and continuity of care to our client and support them to achieve a range of outcomes, you will be a central to their daily life with the objective of enriching and improving their independence.

Shift patterns are and will operate on a 4 on / 4 off rota.

• Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat      09:30 - 17:00
• Tue / Thu / Sun              09:30 - 15:45

• At least 1 years' care experience..
• Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
• Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
• Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community

As a Care Professional, you will receive:

• Excellent rate of pay - £13.10 per hour
• 1.5x and 2x pay for public holidays
• Mileage contribution up to 45p per mile
• Travel contribution for non-drivers.
• Visits of 1 hour or more with every client .
