Personal Tax Senior

TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is currently working with a leading firm of chartered accountants on the outskirts of Maidstone, Kent who are looking for a Personal Tax Senior to join their experienced team. This role is ideally full time, but part-time candidates will be considered too.

 As a Personal Tax Senior your role will include:

• Assist with the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns (including individuals, sole traders and partnerships)
  
• Process P11Ds, P11D(b), and other benefit forms.
  
• Prepare Capital Gains Tax returns on residential property.
  
• Track job progress and follow up on information requests.
  
• Respond to client queries over the phone and via email.
  
• Maintain organised client files and records both electronically and physically.
  
• Liaise with HMRC matters on behalf of clients.
  
• Reporting to the tax manager.
  

Personal Tax Senior - Maidstone, Kent £32,000- £40,000

• You may be AAT or ATT qualified, studying ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA or you will have developed a personal tax career within accountancy practice or specialist tax firm through experience to date.
  
• Your experience will have been developed in an accountancy firm of any size, or specialist tax firm delivering personal tax compliance to wide ranging clients as a personal tax specialist, or you may have a more mixed accounts/tax background interested in specialising within personal tax moving forward.
  

Personal Tax Senior - Maidstone, Kent £32,000- £40,000

• £32,000- £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
