Pharmacist

We’re looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care. If you’re passionate about medicines management, supporting clinical teams, and making a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

Dispense and check prescriptions safely and accurately

Provide expert advice on medicines and treatments

Support patients with medication reviews and counselling

Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure best outcomes

What we’re looking for:

GPhC registered Pharmacist

Excellent communication and clinical skills

Patient-focused, organised, and detail-driven

Excellent communication and teamwork  

1 year paid experience in the NHS
