Job Description - Pharmacist Part Time

Are you a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmacist looking for an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care and share your expertise?

The ideal candidate will have a real hands-on approach to the way they do things. If you love nothing more than getting to know your customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a friendly community pharmacy, you could be a great fit.

Part Time hours: Monday and Tuesday 09.00 - 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00 = 25 hrs p/w

Key Duties

Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory

Package and Benefits

Salary based on 25 hrs p/w: Monday and Tuesday 09.00 - 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00
25 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
GPhC fees paid
Company pension scheme

Key Skills and Qualifications

MUST be a qualified Pharmacist in the UK
MUST have GPhC registration
