Job Description - Pharmacist Part Time

This branch is staffed with an experienced team of 8, including an ACPT Non-Pharm Manager and 7 Healthcare Partners - all providing an excellent service to the local community from their coastal setting close to Snowdonia National Park.. Currently dispensing around 8000 items per month, this is a relatively busy branch.

An automated robotic distribution technology frees up your time to provide the care that patients deserve.

Key Duties

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines
Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concerns
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient care
Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management

Package and Benefits

Salary based on 22 hrs p/w
Work pattern: Wednesday and Friday 09.00 - 18.00 and Saturday 09.00 - 13.00
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
GPhC fees paid
Company pension scheme

Key Skills and Qualifications

MUST be a registered Pharmacist in the UK
MUST have GPhC registration
