Job Description - Pharmacist Prescriber

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a locum Pharmacist Prescriber to support various GP Surgeries in the Bolton Area.

Hours: 8am - 6:30pm
Contract: Locum | Onsite
Pay: £40 LTD | Paid via direct engagement
Hours: 8am - 6:30pm

Shifts available:

Tuesday 26th August
Thursday 28th August
Friday 29th August
Tuesday 2nd September
Thursday 4th September
Friday 5th September

A suitable candidate will have:
- Substantial experience within Primary Care, specifically GP surgery.
- Prescriber Qualification and experience
- Experience processing discharge summaries
- Processing medication requests via tasks for acute/repeat medications
- Dealing with requests for out of stock/medication queries
