Job Description - Physical education HLTA, part time

Are you a sports coach or fitness professional who enjoys working with young people? Schools are hiring dynamic, energetic Teaching Assistants who can use sport and structure to support children with behavioural or emotional needs.

In This Role, You Will:

Mentor pupils 1:1 or in small groups through activity-based learning
Support behaviour plans in and out of class
Promote teamwork, discipline, and confidence
Be an active, positive role model for students

Perfect for people with:

Experience coaching, mentoring or youth work
A sporty, energetic, proactive approach
A passion for supporting students with SEMH needs
