Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to work in South Wales:

A Band 6 physiotherapist in inpatient Orthopaedics plays a key role in ensuring high standards of care, delivering advanced physiotherapy treatments, and contributing to the leadership and professional development of the physiotherapy team.

Summary of Key Skills needed:

• • Advanced clinical assessment and diagnosis.
  • Specialized treatment protocols for Orthopaedic conditions.
  • Patient-centred communication and education.
  • Leadership and supervision of junior staff.
  • Evidence-based practice and participation in audits/research.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Orthopaedic pathologies and post-operative care.
  • High-level collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong focus on patient safety, functional mobility, and independence.
