Our client, an expanding law firm with offices across the West Country and London, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Lawyer for a locum role in their Exeter office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a trusted and respected team of experts.

The successful candidate will handle MOJ Portal, FastTrack, and Intermediate Track cases, while assisting a partner on larger Multi Track cases involving life-changing injuries. The role offers the chance to make a significant impact on the firm's personal injury and clinical negligence practice.

The role is for 3 - 6 months to assist covering a period of leave.

• Run MOJ Portal and FastTrack cases independently

• Handle Intermediate Track cases with minimal supervision

• Assist a partner on larger Multi Track cases

• 3 to 5 years of personal injury/clinical negligence experience

• Experienced paralegal, CILEX, or solicitor qualification

• Scope for hybrid remote working and possibly fully remote working, however, on site attendance at least for the first 2 - 4 weeks is essential to bed in, meet the team and establish trust
