Placement Officer

Teqniq is searching for a Placement Officer to work in the public sector.

22 hours per week.

4 months contract.

08:30-17:00

Job Description:

The role is based in co-located offices with our colleagues from health, either at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH) or the Single Point of Access (SPA) offices currently in Orpington. One Bromley - working together - South East London CCG

The post involves sourcing domcare support packages to enable people to go home from hospital where they have health and social care needs.

You will be required to work closely with our Colleagues from the PRUH and SPA to enable discharge from any hospital in and out of borough where the London Borough of Bromley have a duty to meet needs. This role will involve weekend working and as an example would cover:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
