Planning Lawyer Locum

Locum Planning Lawyer – Part Time – 3 months + – Remote Working – Up to £55 per hour (Umbrella)

Venn Group is seeking a Locum Planning Lawyer to join a team with a Local Authority on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to contribute to their expertise to an established Local Authority Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert legal advice on a variety of planning matters
• Drafting, negotiating, and advising on legal agreements, including s.106 agreements
• Collaborating with council officers to support with planning matters ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies

 
Role Details:

• Duration: Initial 3-month contract, with a strong potential for extension
• Working Arrangements: Part Time up to 25 hours per week, Planning Committee Attendance required once per month in the evening
• Rate: Up to £55 per hour (umbrella)
