• Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic PMLD Teacher to join a specialist primary school in Manchester.

Preferred Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  
  
• Experience working with children with PMLD or complex learning needs
  
  
• Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach
  
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
  
• Ability to deliver a creative and sensory-based curriculum
  
  
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  
  
• Eligibility to work in the UK and references from recent employers
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons for children with PMLD
  
  
• Use multi-sensory approaches to engage and support learning
  
  
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and therapists
  
  
• Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  
  
• Promote communication, independence, and emotional well-being
  
  
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  
  

Role Details:

• Start Date: September 2025
  
  
• End Date: 30th November 2025
  
  
• Working Pattern: 2 days per week - Wednesdays and Thursdays
