About the Role - PMLD Teaching Assistant

In this full-time, permanent position, you will:

• Provide tailored academic and emotional support to students with PMLD
• Assist classroom teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
• Work closely with students in 1:1 and small group settings
• Support the implementation of personalised learning and care plans
• Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and other support staff
• Help with daily routines, personal care, and mobility where needed

Who We're Looking For

• Passionate about supporting children with complex needs and SEN
• Calm, patient, and adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience working with SEN or PMLD students is desirable
• Relevant qualifications in education or care are a bonus, but not essential
