Portfolio Building Surveyor Hybrid

Portfolio Building Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Truro, £22 - £25ph PAYE - Reference: 5264519

22.2hrs per week

• You will ideally be RICS qualified chartered surveyor or experience property professional with experience of property transfers to third party.
• The programme involves the potential negotiations and the transfer of up to 70 public play area along with other council assets in the parish area.
• We have considerable experience in this area built on at least 10 years of activity, but this programme requires a dedicated resource to achieve corporate timelines and protect resources committed to other key asset release activity.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
