Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a long-established training practice?

We are looking for a skilled Practice Nurse in the Aylesbury area, to join a wonderful practice on a permanent basis. The practice is flexible on the hours offered and is happy for full-time and part-time candidates to apply. The salary package is competitive: up to £21 per hour, this is negotiable dependant on experience.

The surgery is a teaching and training practice and caters to approximately 8,500 patients. In this role, you will be supported by a friendly team of Healthcare Assistants, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, GPs, and a Management and Reception team. This is an Emis Web centre so experience with this IT System is preferred.

A specialism in Chronic Disease Management is preferred but training will be offered for the right candidate if they have an interest in this area!

Skills needed:

• Cytology
• Baby and Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management: Diabetes OR Asthma
