Are you an experienced Practice Nurse seeking a new opportunity with a reputable family practice?

We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Practice Nurse to join a thriving family practice in the Kingston upon Thames area on a permanent, part-time basis. The practice is seeking someone to work 2 days a week, ideally on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £30, depending on experience.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a local Practice Nurse who is eager to join a supportive and close-knit team, with a strong focus on providing outstanding patient care to 12,800 patients in a Primary Care setting. The surgery offers free on-site parking and is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the local train station, making it easily accessible by public transport.

You will be part of a collaborative team consisting of 11 GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, a Social Prescriber, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 Healthcare Assistants, as well as a dedicated Management and Admin Team.

Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience in Primary Care
• Cytology
• Baby and Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management
