Are you an experienced Practice Nurse looking to join a long-established family practice?

We are looking for a skilled Practice Nurse in the Oxfordshire area, to join a wonderful practice on a permanent basis. The practice is offering 30 hours per week, and the salary package is competitive: Band 6-7, this is negotiable dependant on experience.

The surgery is a teaching practice offering placements to medical students and caters to approximately 13,700 patients. In this role, you will be supported by a friendly team of Healthcare Assistants, Practice Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, GPs, and a valued Management and Reception team. This is an Emis Web centre so experience with this IT System is preferred.

A specialism in Chronic Disease Management is preferred but training will be offered for the right candidate if they have an interest in this area!

Skills needed:

• Cytology
• Baby and Travel Immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management: Diabetes OR Respiratory
