Primary Care Wellbeing Worker
Hours: 29.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: £26,010 - £27,993 (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)
Contract: Permanent
Base: GP Practices across Oxfordshire, with some remote work: travel ability to reach Didcot and Donnington Bridge is essential. Expected working pattern: Monday-Thursday
Primary Care often acts as a ‘front door’ for people seeking support with their mental health and wellbeing. This is where the Primary Care Wellbeing Service adds value to the local support offer. Over the past 8 years, the Primary Care Wellbeing Service has grown from a team of 8 staff to a team of 35 staff covering more than 55 GP Practices across Oxfordshire and Wokingham, Berkshire. This means we are able to support more service users and produce wide-scale impact for the benefit of local mental health and wellbeing.
