Requirements for ECTs:

• Completed or on track to complete your PGCE / BA QTS / BEd or equivalent qualification by Summer 2025
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK
• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
• An understanding of the Early Career Framework (ECF) and a willingness to learn and develop through your induction years

Compliance Requirements:

• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Satisfactory references covering work history since formal education
