We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an empathetic and organised HR Manager to support a large Outstanding primary academy in Birmingham. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead HR operations in a school celebrated for its inclusive and happy environment.

About the Role

• Start Date: ASAP.

• Contract: Part-time (3 days per week), permanent.

• Manage the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensure rigorous safeguarding compliance.

• Support the Headteacher with staff relations, absence management, and payroll coordination.
