The role would include Teaching a Year 3 class in a great school in Blaenau Gwent for at least the first term. You will be expected to deliver lessons efficiently whilst also having great classroom management skills. Delegating to Teaching assistants effectively is also essential, as well as maintaining professional relationships with all other staff members.
