🍎 The Role & Responsibilities

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will be delivering high-quality, dynamic teaching across Key Stages in various school environments.

Deliver engaging and effective lessons to diverse student populations across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Expertly manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.

Differentiate instruction to meet a range of learning styles and ability levels, including SEN provision.

Seamlessly integrate into school teams for short- and long-term assignments.

✅ Requirements for the Primary Supply Teacher Role

To be successful in this flexible and rewarding role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Recent, strong experience teaching within UK Primary School settings.

Exceptional subject knowledge and the ability to confidently deliver lessons across the primary curriculum.

A proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and challenging behaviour effectively.
