KS2 Teacher – Gainsborough

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Daily Pay: £130 – £180
Contract Type: Flexible Supply – Part Time
Start Date: September 2025

GSL Education are currently seeking a confident and experienced KS2 Teacher to work across a variety of primary schools in the Gainsborough area starting in September 2025. This role suits someone who can adapt quickly to new environments and has a firm, consistent approach to behaviour management.

You’ll need to be proactive, resilient, and able to maintain high standards of classroom behaviour while delivering engaging lessons that support pupils' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities as a KS2 Teacher:

• Teach across KS2 classes and feel competent in delivering the KS2 curriculum
• Establish a positive and well-managed classroom environment and foster a love for learning
• Follow or adapt lesson plans to meet curriculum objectives and children’s individual needs
• Implement school behaviour policies effectively and use positive classroom management strategies
• Build professional relationships with pupils and staff

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a recognised teaching qualification
• Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Strong behaviour management skills is essential
• Good knowledge of the primary national curriculum
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL)
