Day to day supply teachers - North Northamptonshire

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to join our team, focusing on Primary schools in and around North Northamptonshire.

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and looking for flexible work opportunities. As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, support student learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

-Follow school policies and procedures to maintain a positive learning environment.

-Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations.

-Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and any issues encountered.

-Adapt to different school environments and build positive relationships with staff and students.

Requirements:

-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

-Experience teaching in primary schools in the UK.

-Strong classroom management skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
