Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them thrive in the classroom? Tradewind Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of vibrant and inclusive primary schools across Islington.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with a genuine interest in education and making a positive impact on children's learning and development.

• Providing classroom support to pupils and teachers across Early Years, KS1, or KS2

• Delivering 1:1 or small group interventions, including for pupils with SEN

• Supporting literacy, numeracy, and phonics-based learning

• Assisting with classroom set-up, displays, and behaviour management

• Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for pupils

• Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (voluntary or paid)

• A flexible, caring, and professional approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification, or a degree) - desirable but not essential

• Regular work in well-regarded primary schools in Islington
