Private Client Solicitor (Locum)

Our client, a respected law firm with a strong presence in North Cornwall, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor for a locum position. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to contribute to the firm's commitment to providing high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care to the local community.

The successful candidate will be required to run an established caseload of private client matters on a standlone basis. The caseload includes the usual matters such as wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney (LPAs). The role requires a on site attendance to conduct in-person client meetings but is happy to otherwise allow a remote working element if helpful for candidates.

• Manage a caseload of private client matters independently

• Draft wills, probate documents, and LPAs with precision

• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients

• Conduct in-person client meetings to gather instructions

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE

• Extensive experience in handling Private Client matters

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency

• Competitive hourly rate of £50 - £65 per hour
