• Private Client Locum requirement to assist a busy private client team in a friendly and trustworthy Cornish law firm

• Role to start ASAP for circa 2 months, handling variety of Private Client work

• Hybrid remote working available but with some on-site attendance required

• Competitive hourly rate for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive

Our client, a well-established legal firm serving Cornwall and beyond, is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor for a locum role in their West Cornwall office.

The successful candidate will join a busy private client team, handling a high street caseload of probate, wills, LPAs, and other related matters, contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering excellence in legal services.

• Manage a caseload of probate, wills, and LPAs

• Provide expert legal advice to clients

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of cases

• Collaborate with the team to meet clients' needs

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with minimum 4 years' experience

• Strong expertise in handling private client legal work

• Excellent communication and client management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competitive hourly rate of £40 - £60ph

• Hybrid remote working arrangement with some on-site attendance
