Are you an organised, proactive individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you love being the go-to for all things administration? Can you spin multiple plates at once and still ensure clients receive the best service possible? Then this is the role for you!

We're looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our client's experienced Procurement team in Livingston. This is a great opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven organisation who have their client's needs at the heart of everything they do. You'll play a key role in helping their business operate efficiently and supporting their team with a variety of admin tasks.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling client and supplier enquiries via phone and email
• Keeping their Microsoft Dynamics database up to date and accurate at all times
• Constant liaising back and forth with clients and suppliers, ensuring projects are 100% up to date.
• Assisting with office events and team activities where applicable
• Supporting the Business Coordinator as well as the wider team with general administrative tasks

?? Who You'll Work With:

• An incredibly friendly team and the company Director
• Local authorities, housing providers, and other public sector organisations

? What We're Looking For:

• Strong administration, organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus, but not essential
