Bright A Blind is one of the UK's leading commercial blind and curtain specialists, delivering projects for offices, schools, universities, healthcare environments, local authorities and commercial clients nationwide.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Delivery Coordinator to join our team at our North London Head Office.
The Role
This is a key role within the business, acting as the link between Sales, Surveyors, Suppliers, Customers and Operations.
You will take ownership of projects once orders are received, ensuring all commercial, survey, technical and supplier requirements have been completed before projects are handed to our Operations Team for scheduling and installation.
This is not simply an administration role. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, communicating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from order through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and process new customer orders.
• Liaise with customers regarding project requirements, timescales and outstanding information.
• Coordinate surveys and resolve survey-related queries.
• Raise and manage supplier purchase orders.
• Monitor supplier lead times and deliveries.
• Obtain outstanding Purchase Orders, Letters of Intent and customer approvals.
• Coordinate information between Sales, Surveyors, Suppliers and Operations.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact delivery schedules.
• Ensure projects are fully prepared before being handed to Operations for scheduling.
• Support the delivery of fast-track and priority projects where required.
