What You'll Do

??? Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and milestones

?? Communicate with clients, engineers, and internal departments

?? Handle RFIs, submittals, and change orders

?? Coordinate with detailing, purchasing, shop, and field teams

?? Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues

?? Attend job sites and lead meetings as needed

What You Bring

?? 3+ years of PM experience in structural or miscellaneous steel

? Background in Construction Management or Engineering preferred

??? Familiarity with steel shop drawings, erection sequencing, and field coordination

??? Comfortable using PM software tools (e.g., Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, MS Project)

??? Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
