Project Manager

Iam seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects at an Upper Tier COMAH chemical manufacturing site in Oldbury. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the chemical industry, with proven experience managing CAPEX projects in high-hazard environments.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CAPEX projects, from feasibility through to commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with COMAH regulations, site safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, EHS, procurement, and external contractors.
• Prepare and present project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports to senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are captured and implemented.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the chemical or process industries.
• Strong understanding of Upper Tier COMAH regulations and safety-critical environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP).
