The Role
As part of the specialist Real Estate Disputes team, you'll manage a wide variety of residential and commercial property matters. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
• Providing guidance on long leasehold issues
• Handling service charge recovery claims (including Court and Tribunal work)
• Advising on lease interpretation and consultation processes
• Working on rights of first refusal and enfranchisement
• Managing lease renewals and security of tenure matters

You'll benefit from the mentorship of experienced lawyers while running your own diverse caseload, contributing to team projects, and playing a key role in client engagement and business development.

About You
2-4 years' PQE in property litigation or general litigation with a property focus

• Strong knowledge of legislation including the Housing Acts, Landlord & Tenant Acts, and the Protection from Eviction Act
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• A client-focused, commercially minded approach
• Team spirit and the ability to manage workloads and deadlines effectively
