Delivering Focused Advice
- Provide targeted advice, emphasising swift resolution of property disputes, prioritising commercial impact over legal intricacies.
Risk Analysis and Problem Solving
- Analyse risks associated with property disputes and demonstrate strong problem -solving skills to achieve efficient resolutions.
Client Collaboration
- Collaborate seamlessly with commercial clients, understanding and working towards their objectives. For individual clients, communicate in a straightforward manner, particularly for those new to litigation.
Expertise in Property Disputes
- Showcase expertise in a broad spectrum of property -related disputes, including breaches of contract, boundary disputes, co -ownership disputes, and development disputes.
Versatility in Dispute Resolution
- Manage disputes through various avenues, including mediations and alternative dispute resolution methods. Provide effective support through claims, court proceedings, and trials when litigation is unavoidable.
Professionalism and Representation
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring effective representation of clients' interests in diverse property -related matters.
Continuous Learning and Adaptability
- Stay informed about legal developments and trends in property law, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
Who we’re
looking for:
We are seeking a Property Litigator upto 4 years PQE, preferably acquired in a comparable setting such as a small to mid -sized West End or central London property litigation team, or possibly a regional heavyweight. The role involves overseeing a range of disputes, encompassing 1954 Act claims and intricate leasehold cases. As an experienced litigator, you will adeptly manage the complete litigation lifecycle independently, fostering collaboration with specialised colleagues.
Dedicated to deliver exceptional client service, you will explain legal issues clearly, craft settlements aligned with client goals, and build strong rapport through an authentic and empathetic approach.
Your diligent nature, keen eye for detail, and excellent time management will help you juggle a demanding caseload, proactively addressing issues for optimal outcomes.
Beyond technical expertise, you will share insights with junior colleagues and contribute vibrantly to other practice groups.
