Property Portfolio Manager

Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for a Property Portfolio Manager to work for an established client of ours based within the Bath area.

Location: Bath
Hours: Part-time (30 hours/week)
Salary: £30,400 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Travel: Required within the region - driving license and own car is essential

Responsibilities

• Lead of search and acquisition of new properties in line with our service needs.
• Negotiate the best leasing contracts.
• Undertake market research in support of bid development for new accommodation-based services.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as IT, Finance, Fundraising, Marketing and Business Development.

Person Specification

• Excellent relationship building and management skills with a track record of stewarding landlord relationships.
• Knowledge and expertise of the housing sector.
• Experience securing commercial and domestic properties through leasing and purchase.
