Property Solicitor - In House

Are you a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor looking for an exciting in-house opportunity? We are recruiting for a Legal Counsel role within a dynamic and growing business based in Birmingham, offering a hybrid working model.

The Role

As an In-House Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support across the business, with a focus on commercial property matters. You will be responsible for:

• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing leases and other property-related agreements.
• Advising on property acquisitions, disposals, and asset management.
• Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and terminations.
• Supporting the business with real estate transactions and commercial contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
• Liaising with external legal advisors where required.

About You

The ideal candidate for the In-House Commercial Property Solicitor position will bring;

• Commercial Property law experience gained at a reputable firm - 0-3 years PQE.
• Strong expertise in lease negotiations and property transactions.

• Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
