Property Solicitor/Legal Executive

Our client, a well-established law firm in Truro, is seeking a skilled Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to advise on a wide range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including individuals and businesses, on various property-related matters, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent client service.

• Advise clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release matters
• Assist with lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements
• Liaise with estate agents, brokers, and clients
• Participate in training sessions and develop junior colleagues

• Previous experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
• Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
• Strong technical skills and client management experience
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Client-focused approach and commitment to service delivery
• Drive, enthusiasm, and ability to prioritise work effectively
• Commercial awareness and excellent financial management skills
